Cheese is an ever evolving art. From the earliest shepherd’s who discovered that their milk had solidified in their skin pouches after their long and bumpy trek, we have been tweeking the recipes,adding spices, washing the outside with all kinds of secret concoctions and constantly coming up with wonderful new cheeses to present to the customer.
At C’est Cheese Please! we are always looking for the latest and greatest to showcase along with the tried and trues, as a result our cheese list is constantly changing to reflect new additions and seasonal favourites.
We have been providing the community with an authentic European cheese experience for over a decade. We source over 100 varieties of cheeses both local and imported along with cheese condiments and accompaniments, On Saturday we feature wonderful sourdough breads, baguette, Montrèal-style, wood-fire oven Bagels, Croissants, Pain au Chocolat and many other goodies. We are focused on providing quality foods in our timeless French themed Fromagerie. Discover our cheese-friendly culinary housewares and linens, all with that French “Joie de vivre”.
